The Scenic Vista Park is open daily from dawn to dusk.
FREE: All programs are free to the public, unless indicated.
DONATIONS: Contributions will be accepted at all programs to help defray the cost of programs and towards the maintenance of the park.
REFRESHMENTS: A refreshment stand will be offered at each event, operated by Camp Fire USA.
Come and enjoy the gift of giving of yourself by working together for the Spring clean-up of our beautiful Greenway Trail. Bring gloves, garbage bags, and small hand tools such as bow saws, nippers, shovels, and brooms. Meet at the Teegarden Road parking lot.
Join the Mahoning Valley Astronomical Society Regional Meeting as they look at the Summer sky. They will be available with telescopes to help observe the night sky. Please dim your headlights as you enter the park so as not to disrupt the viewing of others.
Learn first hand about snakes and other reptiles as Kathy Lewis, local educator, returns to the park with her popular reptile friends. There will be live snakes on hand plus other displays for you to enjoy.
Get out to the park to hear some great Bluegrass music when "Get Out and Push" returns for the first of three engagements at Scenic Vista Park this year. Please bring your own seating, as this popular local band always draws a crowd.

Come & show your support for the Greenway Bike Trail. This Walk/Ride event provides an opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors & provide timely funding for the trail. A $5.00 contribution per participant ($10.00 T-Shirts will also be available) helps defray costs encountered in maintaining the trail at a level desired by its users. Starting points will be at Trailhead 164 in Lisbon, Trailhead 558 in Franklin Square, and Washington St. parking lot in Leetonia. The length of the Walk/Ride is determined by the participant. Water and snacks will be provided.

Join Matt Brown for a presentation on wildlife. Do you know the difference in a coyote paw print from that of a dog?
Returning for their second visit to the Park this summer, this local Bluegrass Band is sure to draw a crowd. Please bring your own seating, as this is one of our biggest summer programs.
Join Walter Sturgeon, the acclaimed mushroom expert, as he returns to the park with a program on the various types of mushrooms native to our area. Walter will lead us on a search for mushrooms in the park.
Come celebrate the park's end of the year bash "Fall Music Festival" with the bluegrass music of "Get Out and Push" while enjoying complimentary bean soup & corn bread. Come early and b ring the kids for a scavenger hunt with Matt Brown while learning about our beautiful Scenic Vista Park.
Join the crew for a fun fall clean-up of the autumn leaves. Meet at the Teegarden Road parking lot with work gloves, garbage bags, bow saws, nippers, rakes, shovels, and brooms.
